Refund and Shipping Policy for Digital Products

Payment and Refund Policy
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase of your digital product. This period allows you to request a refund without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw with a clear and precise statement via email to opsintia.contact@gmail.com.
Once your withdrawal request is received and validated, we will refund the total amount paid within 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree to a different method. This refund will incur no fees for you.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
According to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery. Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts to such publications. Services of accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or period. Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and waiver of their right of withdrawal.
